​32. Chrome-colored finish towel bar and toilet paper dispenser in all
​bathrooms.

​ALL ITEMS SHOWN ARE AS PER THE APPLICABLE MODEL. All materials and other selections for which the Purchaser is entitled to make a selection are to be chosen from Vendor’s samples and are as per Vendor’s specifications. All materials are subject to change without notice. E. & O.E. All plans and specifications are approximate. Actual usable floor space varies from the stated floor area. Refer to Schedule A in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale for a full list of general provisions.

​IMPORTANT NOTES
​1. All suites are protected under the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
​2. Interior design consultation at Design Studio on all finishes
​and color packages are included in the purchase price.
​3. All interior floor, wall finishes, and materials are to be chosen with
​the assistance of the vendor's Interior Design Consultant. All materials and other selections for which the Purchaser is entitled to make a selection are to be chosen from Vendors samples and are as per Vendor’s
​specifications. Purchaser shall only be entitled to make such selections provided that the items are not already ordered or installed.
​4. The Vendor shall have the right to at any time without notice to
​the Purchaser substitutes other products and materials for those
​listed in this Schedule ‘B’ or provided for in the plans and specifications, provided that the substituted products and materials are of a quality equal to or better than the products and materials so listed or being
​substituted.
​5. Natural and engineered products (ie. wood, granite, stone, marble, quartz, acrylic, etc.) are subject to variations in shade, appearance, color, grain from samples displayed and the Purchaser agrees to accept same notwithstanding any such variations including without limitation ceramic tile and broadloom.
​6. The Purchaser acknowledges that there shall be no reduction in the purchase price or credit for any standard feature listed herein which is omitted at the Purchaser’s request.
​7. References to model types or model numbers refer to current manufacturers’ models. If these types or models shall change, the Vendor shall provide an equivalent model or product.
​8. All dimensions, if any, are approximate, and are subject to change without notice.
​9. All specifications and materials are subject to change without notice.
​10. Pursuant to this Agreement, including this Schedule or pursuant to a supplementary agreement or purchase order, the Purchaser may
​have requested the Vendor to construct an additional feature
​within the unit which is in the nature of an optional extra (such as, by way of example only, a media station). If, as a result of building, construction, or site conditions within the Unit or the building, the Vendor is not able to construct or does not construct such extra, then the
​The vendor may, by written notice to the Purchaser, terminate the
​Vendor’s obligation to construct the extra. In such an event, the vendor shall refund to the Purchaser the monies, if any, paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor in respect of such extra, without interest, and in all other respects, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
​11. Floor and specific features will depend on the Vendor’s package
​as selected.
​12. Actual useable floor space varies from the stated floor area.
​13. Doors, including the closet/ storage/washer and dryer, may vary in size from the floor plan.
​14. This Schedule ‘B’ is subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including Schedule ‘A’ and the ‘Disclosure Statement’.

​WARRANTY
​Your New Great Gulf home is guaranteed against major structural defects for up to 7 years. Great Gulf Homes is a registered builder with the Tarion Warranty.​​
